Sister Cities hosted a banquet for visiting Tlaquepaque ArtsFiesta! musicians and their home-stay host families. The all-female Mariachi Femenil Nuevo Tecalitlan performed at the banquet, along with an unrehearsed song with Springfield’s JRB Band.
